The bathroom setup is problematic with a tiny sink, insufficient hooks, and a broken hanger. Noise from heavy metal doors and poor insulation can disrupt rest. The surrounding area feels unsafe at night, with old, unwelcoming buildings. Wi-Fi was hit or miss, and there was a lack of basic items like glasses. The room's electrical setup was awkward, contributing to a less than satisfactory experience. Additionally, the terrace was not private as advertised, allowing others access during our stay.

Incredible views from my room really enhanced my stay. The staff was welcoming, especially Ibrahim, who made an effort to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of variety, which I appreciated each morning. However, the room was a bit small and could use some updating. the bathroom also had an unpleasant smell that was hard to ignore. The hill leading up to the hotel was quite steep, which may be difficult for some travelers. Despite these minor inconveniences, the stunning views and friendly service made up for the drawbacks.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a magnificent view of the Bosphorus River from the restaurant where breakfast is served, and the hotel is conveniently located just 2 km from the Sultanahmet Tram for easy exploration.
